Payment and delivery


Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday from 10.30 to 19.00.

Upon delivery, a check of the configuration, the condition of the goods and related documents is made upon receipt, in the presence of the courier.

The assembly of goods is not the responsibility of the courier, it is ordered in advance and paid separately.

Delivery is made before the entrance! Skidding on the floor is paid separately.

Delivery Budapest +30 km

Delivery in Budapest and the territory around 30 km is carried out by the company's own transport. Shipping cost 30 euros.

The services of a loader are paid separately, depending on the overall dimensions and the floor where you want to deliver.

Furniture assembly costs 30 euros.

Delivery in Hungary

Delivery in Hungary is carried out by transport companies and own transport.

The cost is calculated separately for each shipment, depending on the location of the city and the dimensions of the goods.

How delivery is carried out:

  1. The customer places an order through the basket on the website or by phone.
  2. The manager contacts the client and confirms the availability of goods and stipulates the address, carrier and delivery conditions.
  3. The client pays 100% or prepayment the cost of the goods to our bank account or card. You can also issue a payment for the purchase upon delivery.
  4. The manager controls the dispatch of goods. It tells the client at what stage the dispatch is.
  5. When delivered by a transport company, the manager provides all the necessary information and documentation, according to which you can pick up an order in your city.
  6. Delivery time is 2-3 days.

The online store is not responsible for the goods after it has been delivered to the carrier. We kindly request to check the goods upon receipt in the presence of the carrier’s employees.

If the goods have been received from the carrier, the goods are returned according to the Highfoam Online Store Return Policy.


When ordering, our operators will contact you and clarify all the main points for your order (product, size, quantity, price, delivery time, name, customer name, delivery address).

You can pay for your purchase in several ways:

  1. Cash - Payment is made to the forwarding driver upon delivery of the order or upon pickup from our store.
  2. Bank transfer (bank account) - you will be billed. This payment method is available to both individuals and organizations. You can pay the bill through any bank. In this case, the delivery of the ordered goods is made after receipt of funds in our current account.
  3. Bank transfer (bank account) - you can pay by card. Details for payment will be sent in a convenient way for you.

Upon receipt of the order, you check its appearance, completeness, absence of mechanical damage and after that pay for the order and sign on the bill of lading. It is a comfortable view.


When ordering products of standard sizes, which are not in stock, the required prepayment of 20-30%

When ordering products of custom sizes, an advance payment of 40-50% is required.
